    objectively assess and provide opinions on an individual’s ability to make decisions about managing finances, making medical decisions, or living independently. This may come into question when there is Major Neurocognitive Disorder (formerly termed "dementia") or other neuropsychiatric condition. If recommended, the results of this evaluation may be used to assist in filing for conservatorship or guardianship.
