About Dr. Lau

Dr. Lau (PSY26921) is a licensed clinical psychologist in the State of California and a board certified clinical neuropsychologist through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) / American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN). In addition to her private practice, Dr. Lau is a staff neuropsychologist at Kaiser Permanente and provides capacity evaluation for Adult Protective Services in San Francisco. She previously served as the president of the Northern California Neuropsychology Forum (NCNF). 
Dr. Lau has trained and worked in a variety of settings, including University of California Davis Health System, Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, University of Illinois - Chicago, San Francisco VA Healthcare System, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Chinatown Child Development Center, and Institute on Aging.
Dr. Lau's expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to, Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, movement disorders, epilepsy / seizure disorders, cancer, stroke, traumatic brain injury/concussion, multiple sclerosis, ADHD/Learning disorders, and mood problems. Even after more than a decade of practice, Dr. Lau continues to be honored by her work. 
Outside of the professional arena, Dr. Lau is a San Francisco native, who shares the love of this city with her children and family.
